oh la la!

 

What a fabulous night it was! Two hundred thousand were raised by two hundred well heeled and sophisticated guests who gathered at the posh River Oaks Country Club to support the deserving Gaston LeNôtre Scholarship student recipients. The champagne flowed during the reception, and the chocolate and petit fours endless buffet was prepared by the Culinary Institute LeNôtre students and chefs while others swirled with the music.

 

Deborah Duncan and the cancan were the best of the show, and Marie LeNotre, the Foundation President, sang a love poem to husband, Alain, in French! Attendees were: Gaston LeNôtre Ambassador Award recipient Rolanette Lawrence, Honorary Chair Marie Bosarge, Chairs Ashley Petersen and JoAnn Petersen, Co-Chairs Beverly Kaufman and Barbara Van Postman, Jane Page and James Crump, Shane and Dennis Steger, Fran Peterson, Anne and Bob Cress, Anne and John Brent, Gina and Devinder Bhatia, Sallymoon Benz and Alan Bentz, Paula Sutton and Bill Gross, and Katina and Monty McDannald.
