Amour & Chocolat Scholarship Gala is a cocktail red-tie, Parisian-themed affair filled with elegance, romance and philanthropy; featuring champagne reception, epicurean dinner, silent & live auctions, Live music with the Caceres band, dancing and a dessert buffet of endless petit macaroons and chocolates!

Proceeds benefit the Gaston LeNôtre Scholarship Foundation, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that supports high quality education in the hospitality industry. Its mission is to provide tuition scholarships to deserving students, who aspire to a rewarding career.

Since 2001, the Gaston LeNôtre Scholarship Foundation has distributed over $1,5m in tuition scholarships to culinary arts students through the annual fundraising Scholarship Gala.  Many scholarship recipients have procured employment at upscale restaurants, hotels, and country clubs in Houston and throughout the United States.
